Signorile takes calls from listeners across North America, engaging in passionate discussion and often battling it out with dissenters — who occasionally even change their minds. It's Signorile's own brand of "conversion therapy,” as he calls it, “converting people from the nasty, vicious, perverted right-wing agenda to our more fun, fabulous and enlightened one."
