Every single day it get's worse. The ability to remain positive is almost impossible. It's been very sad to see our country fail so quickly after he started his second regime. feels very, very hopeless at this time.

Hi Mike, this morning’s Arizona Republic, front page above the fold… “Nation grapples with how to talk about CK’s beliefs” If you have grounded yourself in ethics and morals I really don’t see the need to “grapple”. If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck… well…it’s a duck. I’m in the Phoenix area, Sunday at the football stadium all the whiners and wailers will be here along with Donald and Just Dance Vance trying to make the deceased, as a congressman said yesterday, the 13th Disciple… Let that sink in folks🤡🤮🤡🤮🤡🤮

Congress needs to act to stop the mergers of these conglomerates who seek to indoctrinate us all in the name of the aristocracy.

Meantime on Fox News during a discussion on what to do about the homeless, one host suggested they needed to be arrested and imprisoned if they refused the "help" that was available to them. Than Bill Kilmeade piped up and said that "involuntary lethal injection" should be used. "Just kill them". After days of public outrage, Kilmeade issued a tepid apology but was not fired or even suspended. Why no statement from the FCC chairman about this issue?

Because he - and Trump - very likely agree with Kilmeade.

Freedom of speech, freedom of the press, all freedoms are being taken away bit by bit. I just do not understand how the centrist republicans who are scared shitle$$ by the current administration are not joining with the Democrats to do something about saving this country instead of all of them just sitting there doing nothing.

Kirk preached hatred, prejudice, violence, misogyny, racism and every other kind of evil. He got a taste of his own medicine. Now our fed/corporate controlled media wants to flip the narrative onto the Dems. Sanctifying Kirk doesn't change his words. He capitalized on hate.

Americans need to boycott Disney, Paramount, Amazon, Twitter (what's taken so long?), Facebook, Insta, etc. because these corps. are caving to fascism. Telling the truth should always be a protected Constitutional exercise of free speech. Of course, the weak Democrats should have sanctioned F#x News decades ago, over their lies and hate speech. What a bunch of wimps then and now.

I quite honestly don't know how much more I can take. At 68 years old I haven't seen our country like this and I want to stick my head in the sand. I keep hoping that somehow we will make it through.

First, I missed the last hour of yesterday's show and found it has not yet been uploaded to the app. I would like to hear it, especially since the Kimmel story was breaking at the end of the second hour. It would be great to get that posted. Thanks.

Next, I get a lot of Republican emails since I once registered Republican to vote in the 2012 president primary. They are very interesting to read.

Rudy Giuliani sent, with the subject "The Radical Left is a sickness," an assertion that we are celebrating Kirk's murder. HIs one example is a British rapper who calls himself Bob Vylan for calling Kirk a "piece of shit." The rapper has been previously denied a visa to tour the US and had a show canceled after the Kirk remark. Vylan has denied celebrating Kirk's murder. I look forward to see what other evidence Giuliani produces, given his call on the morning of the January 6 rally for "trial by combat."

Another comes from James O'Keefe, who now considers his life in danger since the Kirk murder and is raising money for protection. Ironically, calling this a battle against the Devil, he references a New York pastor named Mike Signorile. Have you heard of this guy using your name?

There are more. I will end with that.

Hi Tom, I'll add that I have always been a registered Democrat and yet I receive occasional texts from Republicans, most recently from Kirk's widow. I think it's because I've contributed to campaigns -- Harris/Walz most recently -- and organizations like the DNC and the Lincoln Project over the years. They are not above stealing information from democratic causes and using it to their advantage, or at least trying to. I block and delete all such text messages. I also get robocalls on my home phone from GOP operatives, which I also block.

Hi Sakina. The GOP stopped calling me when I told them that I'm a Dem and I would never in my life vote for them and their selfish, greedy, deranged values. Seemed to work pretty well!

Kimmel stacked on top of elimination of Colbert’ show, infuriating loss of free speech. The LEFT are the cancel culture and the whiny snowflakes all bent out of shape ??! Sinclair owns many local TV stations that most of us had thought were offering up more honest news due to being local. Short clip added is a montage of local stations around the country in unison sounding like “The Borg” from was it Star Trek “The Next Generation”?? The Borg spoke as a collective one and referred to themselves as “we”, known for saying “You will be assimilated”. https://youtu.be/_fHfgU8oMSo?si=_YoLkcGWa93jJ_t2
