MAGA men call in to defend Trump’s war in Iran

One claimed it’s about “liberating their women,” while another admitted no Iranians have killed Americans in the U.S.--but blurted out that ICE should kill more Americans!

My listeners are mostly progressive, and I mostly get progressive callers to my SiriusXM show. But I have always gotten a fair amount of calls from MAGA who want to challenge me. I think it’s the beauty of SiriusXM and all the channels we have that these people wind up strolling down the dial and being shocked with some truth.

They’ve been scarce lately, as Trump plummets in the polls. But a few did call in last week to defend Trump’s attack on Iran.

I’ve posted the YouTube clips of those calls here. Dan in Michigan ludicrously claimed the attack on Iran was about “liberating the women” of Iran and accused me of wanting to see them live under tyranny!

But he couldn’t answer why we’re not bombing Saudi Arabia—whose crown prince is in business with Trump’s family—when the women there are treated equally terribly. And of course, there are the women in America with Roe v. Wade gone now.

But honestly, there was so much more that was head-spinning; the hypocrisy was exploding. You just have to watch it.

And Mike in Texas called to say he is a “100% disabled veteran” and that we needed to attack Iran because they’ve chanted “death to America.”

Really? You’re afraid of chants? Do we invade every country that doesn’t like us?

Anyway, he was nice enough at first, and I respected his service as a veteran. That is, until he suggested ICE kill more Americans. That’s when I dropped the F-bomb and went ballistic on this traitor.
