Special guest Katherine Stewart is an investigative reporter and author who has covered the political influence of Christian nationalism for over a decade. The Washington Post noted that her most recent book, The Power Worshippers: Inside the Dangerous Rise of Religious Nationalism, is, “required reading for anyone who wants to map the continuing erosion of our already fragile wall between church and state.”

Katherine Stewart and I will discuss some key issues and topics, and then we’ll go to Q&A. People can raise their hands, and we’ll unmute those asking questions. We’ll try to go in order of who raised their hand first, and if we don’t get to you this time, you’ll be the first next time.
