Time for the left to stop having too much faith in reforming the right through good examples of how they should behave. That only works if there are a majority of people who will stand with you and support you for good behavior. That's how civil rights legislation came to pass when peaceful protests meant something and was supported by a big enough number of citizens to make a difference. I don't believe we have that anymore because misinformation has control of our political process.

This reality is so hard to accept! I don’t recognize this country anymore.

Hello Michelangelo, I've been taking a break from engaging on your Substack for the past few weeks, nor have I been taking in other news these days. I was getting too enraged and it wasn't good for me either mentally or physically. Information still trickled in, though. I would not vandalize any business, but I don't feel sorry for Musk. He's ruined both Twitter and Tesla and is a menace along with his minion, DJT, and other MAGAs. They are well on their way to ruining the federal government, too.

Totally get it Sakina. Breaks relax us (I listen to ‘80’s music) and re-energize us. We have to harness our strength to be the resistance. Magacons’ hatred will not prevail.

Thank you, Larry! I'm cool with 80s music, too, even the 60s and 90s. The aughts and beyond not nearly as much.

Hi Mike, I’m sounding the alarm, red lights flashing this morning. The legislator in Minnesota who was busted for soliciting a minor in a sting operation was bad enough by MAGA standards. It seems this fellow and 4 others introduced a bill to classify TDS as a “mental condition” Now folks familiar with the old Soviet Union recognize this tactic to silence dissenters and jail them for long periods. Just read a book from Alexander Solzhenitsyn, he tells all. Wake up folks. Best to you Mike.

we definitely shouldn't be burning teslas, they do a good enough job of that on their own.

Sorry, January 6th attack on the capitol? They were all released and forgiven. It’s okay to attack democracy but not your shitty cars? Fuck off Elon.

DOJ may lack MORAL authority, but they still have the police agencies, their jails, and weaponry, on their side.

As we are seeing ICE ignore the law, DOJ can and will easily haul off protesters at Tesla dealerships and deny them little things like habeas corpus and arraignments for whatever length of time they choose.

Then they will strip them of their citizenships, even if they are born here, and ship them to whatever country they think should take them…or Gitmo.

Can they really strip a citizen of their citizenship?

Not under the Constitution.

But the Constitution is just a piece of paper.

What matters is the “Executive Orders,” the Insurrection Act, the “Emergency Decrees,” and other measures the Bloated Yam will initial.

Dictators ALWAYS strip their victims of their citizenship.

I subscribed to you.

I don't put anything past this Administration. They have discounted the Judicial and Legislative branches of government and anointed the orange fool as our new king. We're in serious trouble if he runs for a 3rd term because I believe the SCOTUS will let him. Nothing stops him from breaking the law. The fact that they let him organize an insurrection and then do nothing about it for 4 years is telling. They are complicit in the destruction of democracy.

Frankly, burning up Teslas is probably a mistake. Just wait a while and they’ll probably fall apart in their own or burst into flames. You don’t need to sabotage them. Just wait for them to self-destruct. But burning them with Molotov cocktails could also be fun, I admit.🤡🤡🤡

Remember the cop pinned in the doorway, yelling while he was being crushed by the mob in the Jan. 6th. 2021 protest that turned into an insurrection?

Too bad the Democrats didn't make a campaign ad last fall using that clip.

I was just in Tysons Corner Virginia. As I was driving by a Tesla dealer the digital sign out front had a smile 😊 face on it. It was too quick for me to take a picture. But my thought was that they try to tell the public that they’re friendly… don’t harm us.

Being nice to them simply doesn’t work - they laugh at it. Reach across the aisle and they’ll spit on your hand.

And the totally weak so called “opposition” is pathetic. Holding up little signs and being silent when one of their own is forcibly removed from congress is opposition? Give me a break.

It’s going to take a LOT of this kind of civil disobedience / unrest to dislodge these barnacles on Americas ass because waiting for the democrats to do anything is waiting on nothing.

Burn - Tesla - Burn

Judges obviously fear being the ones to open up the can of worms of what our government has become, and I truly believe they would rather avoid being the catalyst that would blow everything wide open putting Americans on the spot to get off their asses with an actual sense of urgency for a change.
