A conservative jurist appointed by Trump's attorney general, Judge Jones was the only judge to study the Maryland man's background, seeing the threats posed to him and his family in El Salvador
Thanks for the great write up, it's good to know this background. What a disgusting chapter of life in the USA is being written by these cretins who've taken over the government. They're inflicting maximum cruelty on whomever they want, and fucking republicans are loving it.
Fascinating read. I’m Harrison, an ex fine dining industry line cook. My stack "The Secret Ingredient" adapts hit restaurant recipes (mostly NYC and L.A.) for easy home cooking. Dm me if interested in a recommendation swap — we’re growing fast!
Why aren’t we also talking about the gay make-up artist from Venezuela named Andry? It seems no politicians are talking about his case either. He’s in a Salvadoran prison because of a tattoo that honored a religious celebration in his hometown. He also was in the middle of a legal process of asylum, which he was filing based on his political activism as well as abuse for being gay.
I did a big piece on Andry as well if you look back. The story will come back as that case now--about all the men on the flights-- moves into the contempt phase. This case is separate, involving a person the government admitted was wrongly deported.

If Abrego Garcia is in fact a well documented terrorist (pun intended) why did the trump admin admit his deportation was an a administrative error?
