Project 2025 sounds more and more like a dystopian nightmare. Vote blue down the ticket!

Parton me Monsieur, what are burn bits? Seriously, I trust most of us have done more than peruse Project 2025. Harrowing doesn't begin to describe the casualness of the deconstruction of the administrative state, the consolidation of power onto one individual. Yours, mine and our freedoms gone without notice. Neighbors become informants and family you thought you knew rat you out just to curry favor and cling to their idea of being loyal to the Party...BTW, you may think you're safe being fairly anonymous, but anything you've posted will not remain hidden from government once the apparatus is up and running...At this juncture we must consider this election may be the last one in this democratic experiment.

I joke with friends and family about still hanging around for the revolution, doesn't seem that far fetched should enough of America remain in the dark thanks to legacy media...

I agree Trump would definitely force anyone to be in his New Army. We are repeating history right now and we could be heading into the next Holocaust of the end of the world. These are very dark times and people need to wake up.

If course News media also needs to stop "Normalizing" Trump and actually start sounding the alarms to this Nazi Project 2025.

Progress 127 on Sirius and MSNBC are desperately sounding alarms while the media “normalizers” give Murdoch and his media “ilk” credibility to tell “alternative facts” (remember Kellianne’s term for giving lies validity?)

We’re up against a propaganda machine bent on destroying America.

I don't even know where to start on this one! First of all, we know by now that everyting that comes out of Trump's mouth are just lies, lies and more lies. I wouldn't trust him to take care of my cockatiel, let alone make critical decisions for Americans! His goal is POWER, POWER and more POWER and these MAGA folks are never going to consider the real ramifications here - to them, it is like electing the prom king - they are THAT ignorant! NONE of this is NORMAL and it is NOT a reality TV game either - this is our lives and freedoms at stake! As a 35-yr marketing professional, I can also tell you NOTHING is anonymous online and never has been, so yeah ... this posting could be a danger if someone like Trump gets in power. I TRULY believe that Nov 5th will SHOW that MOST Americans do NOT want Trump! And when he does not win this election, what is going to make him GO AWAY after that? Unless we stop him and his russian double agent/ russion operative family from ever holding a posting in power in politics, there will be consequences! The Nazi Project 2025 is NO joke. BTW, anyone catch that movie ORIGINS on netflix? Very interesting and scary theory as to the origin of the racisim and white power here and all over the world. I've said it before ... I hope the current administration is on high alert for cheating and grabbing control right out from under us. I'll tell you if Trump gains control, start looking for places to live outside the US and have a plan because once he gains control, NO ONE is leaving the country. Frightening to have to even think about that but ...it has happened before, right?

Instead of mocking Trump for his bone spurs, be accurate…

He was declared “unfit” for service, as we all know is factually true beyond his physical capabilities.

Trump's recent remarks about the draft and revisiting the idea of leaving abortion up to the states is an indication he can't keep quiet about project 25. The complicated, diabolical plans contained in project 25 are making it difficult for him to keep under wraps. This points to early signs of dementia and his handlers are struggling to cover up with damage control.

Let's hope savey news reporters will continue latch onto this and expose just bad project 25 really is.

In 2016 when asked about Trump's lack of experience in government, the GOP said "as long as he can weld a pen to sign bills". With dementia he will be able to sign bills without reading or understanding what is in them. Exposing his dementia before the election may be our best hope in keeping him out of office.

I really can't imagine some of today's youth - who can't even read cursive handwriting or practice critical thinking - being drafted and making it. That's a bad idea - like most of Trump's random spewings.

If we, as a country, ever get back to some degree of post-Trump normalcy, I think a year of National Service following high school could offer many benefits to the participants and to society. I'm NOT talking about a draft, or mandatory military service (which some countries have). Instead I'm talking about getting your hands dirty and being exposed to contributing to society in general. Cleaning parks and playgrounds. Working in senior centers and hospitals. Seeing the realities of life. By the time I went to college I knew how to buy groceries, prepare a meal for myself, do my own laundry, sew a button back onto a shirt, iron, etc. I also mowed the lawn, shoveled the snow, and planted a vegetable garden. I know I'm probably coming across as an old fart, but kids today have been so pampered and protected, they graduate high school with no exposure to the realities of life, no degree of self-sufficiency, and we all suffer because of it.

Not being able to afford college, I went the military route. Went I got overseas I knew how to file my taxes and had necessary addresses to keep my voter registration up to date. Feel sorry for gen Z, having to bare the brunt of elected officials blunting true education at every turn.

I had honor civics in ninth grade. I was in the regular class but had more advanced readings to complete, essays and tests. The regular class would have been too boring for me. I don’t get these youths! 😂😂😂I agree that getting them to work in their communities would be so beneficial. Learn about their surroundings.
