Georgia Republican Senate candidate Herschel Walker, in an attempt to lower expectations for his upcoming debate with Senator Raphael Warnock, announced that he’s just a “country boy” and “not that smart.” And he added that Warnock is “that preacher” and a “smart man” who “wears nice suits.”
