Wednesday thread: What to do about vaccine resisters?

Should people be paid, rewarded to get the Covid-19 vaccine? Restricted, penalized? Both?

This thread jumps off of several discussions I’ve had on my SiriusXM show in the past two weeks. As you all know, if herd immunity isn’t reached in the population, the variants of coronavirus continue to transmit, the virus mutates more, which means more variants, which means people who are vaccinated could be infected with a variant.
