Judges are pushing back against a dizzying array of actions, threats and lawsuits by the Trump regime, including attempts at election interference. The DOJ is moving full-force in threatening state election officials as it demands voter rolls, in addition to seeking to delay certification of Alaska’s Senate race if Republican Sen. Dan Sullivan loses. And two days after a California federal judge warned the DOJ to halt its threats against election workers in the state—some of whom have received subpoenas—the department sent intimidating letters to election officials in what appears to be all 50 states.

The Pentagon has disclosed little about the damage done to U.S. bases in the Gulf states and elsewhere in the Middle East when Iran struck them, killing American service members. Members of Congress have been denied access to some bases, but one House member told me on my SiriusXM program that other countries had satellite imagery, and he said the damage was devastating. Now, an extensive analysis of satellite imagery from the European Union has gone public, showing billions of dollars in damage to 274 structures at 24 installations with a U.S. military presence. It not only raises questions about how well protected the bases were; it underscores the charges from military experts regarding how prepared Donald Trump and Pete Hegseth were for Iran’s response.

And Donald Trump, ending the campaign with on-again, off-again rallies—seeming at times like he just doesn’t have it in him—is hurling out all manner of closing messages. One he’s tried before when he’s desperate is telling voters they’re pretty dumb—which seems pretty stupid.
