Kamala Harris, in three weeks, has completely upended the race for the presidency, surging to a lead in new polls in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, and filling arenas, such as in Arizona last night, where over 20,000 people packed a Phoenix stadium in what Tim Walz said “might be the largest political gathering in the history of Arizona."

Donald Trump is raging, privately calling Harris a “bitch,” while now caving in to debating her, desperate for attention. His press conference this week, sequestered in Mar-a-Lago, was a disaster filled with lies and fabrications and showed his cognitive decline and lack of any understanding of policy—including policies he needs to attack Harris and Walz on.

Now GOP donors are worried about Trump’s messaging and his coherence, as well as about JD Vance, with some wanting him replaced. Extremists in the MAGA base, from white supremacists to anti-abortion radicals, are worried he’ll lose. Even Joe Rogan jumped ship, only to be beaten back into submission by angry MAGA. But the damage was done.

A Weekend Report for you all to read up on the news and, if you like, join the discussion.
