Donald Trump fell asleep at a roundtable with voters on Friday, reinforcing media reports that he’s “exhausted.” Shortly thereafter he wandered around the stage last night at a rally in Michigan for 20 minutes after his microphone apparently went dead. He then attacked some voters as “fat pigs” who needed to be “slapped” to go and vote. His bizarre behavior at events in the past two weeks—dancing at one town hall onstage for 40 minutes instead of taking questions—and his canceling interviews have his backers worried.

We know that Republicans have been prepping for claiming voter fraud, doing what they can to steal the election. But who expected they’d be back to claiming Dominion Voting Systems—which won a massive settlement in a lawsuit against Fox News for pushing the Big Lie—had switched votes from Trump to Biden, and is currently switching votes from Trump to Harris, opening themselves up to litigation?

A leaked GOP memo shows how alarmed Republicans are about losing the House, even as they've publicly been brimming with what is clearly faux confidence.
