Donald Trump’s repeated lapses and bizarre ramblings are so jarring and indicative of his mental incompetance that the White House has removed the written transcripts from its website.

The impact of the Republican budget bill, and its massive debt, rattled the bond markets, and economists fear dire economic consequences. And then, before the ink was dry, Trump threatened more massive tariffs, taking a sledgehammer to the economy.

And there was a bloodbath at the National Security Council, where the Trump administration put 100 staffers on leave, compromising the national security of the nation, all based on conspiracies about the “deep state.”
