We’ve seen, each day at a time, the consequences of hate speech that is not punished, not condemned in the GOP, and how it leads to violence.

Donald Trump hosted antisemitic performer Kanye West for dinner at Mar-a-Lago, who brought along ultra-white nationalist and Holocaust denier Nick Fuentes — and Trump told West, “I really like this guy!” — and I don’t see enough of the media playing it up big as a major story.

Armed right-wing thugs are increasingly showing up at protests, using open-carry laws, to intimidate and threaten opponents — and it appears to be working.

And Elon Musk, after invited Trump back on Twitter, has now given “amnesty” to all banned accounts — inviting every kind of violent, hate-spewing troll back on the platform.
