One of the biggest stories coming out of the January 6th select committee’s first public hearing was Liz Cheney explaining that “multiple” members of Congress asked Donald Trump for a pardon regarding their involvement with the insurrection.
Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez tweeted at several GOP members of Congress, asking if they had asked for pardons, including Matt Gaetz — none of them responded with an answer. What I loved most about it was that she directly called them, the tweet, the “KKK Caucus.” We need more of this!
