Yesterday saw another example of how House Speaker Kevin McCarthy has no control over the GOP caucus, as Republicans walked out of the White House, abandoning debt talks, then came back later in the evening, only to walk out again.
President Biden has said in the past he’d use the 14th Amendment, but he's also been sending a message that he’s willing to compromise, and today he voiced optimism about the talks. What do you think his plan is?
