Zell Miller and Roy Barnes (both Dems) were Georgia governors in the ‘90’s and early 00’s, and then Perdue, Deal and Kemp (republicons) followed them starting in the mid 00’s. So Democrats were running the successful Georgia and republicons the welfare Georgia. The pattern fits, Jan.

I thought my postman (who has a walking route) was hot, so I put a chilled bottle of Gatorade and a mayonnaise sandwich in the accessory bag of my walker. When Freddy came by to drop off the mail (postcards I sent to myself, LOL) I jumped out from behind the bushes and offered him a sandwich and drink. He said "no thank you ma'am" and ran away. I have been observing his route, so I drove a block over to Loretta's house and hid behind *her* bushes. It was hot out last week, but he still was not thirsty. So I hid behind the bushes at Bob's house and handed him the sandwich. (Well maybe I threw it at him?) I know what a hungry man looks like.
After about 3 days of this, adult protective services came by to make sure I am OK. I have running water, electricity, food in my fridge, and also food *on* my fridge (Daisy, my lovely lady quail, has been broody lately.) They asked why I had replaced my lovely vinyl-covered sofa set with a small 3-d printer farm, but I invoked the 5th amendment. (I am making UV lights to give to all the grandchildren at Christmas) There is nothing APS can do, but they did call Mimsey, and Mimsey made a neurology appointment and took away my car keys. (Anyone have a study guide for the MOCA or maybe a practice app?)

Should be at the local post office tomorrow. When I detect the tracking device in one of the trucks, I will know that Freddy is driving it.
