When Bill Clinton was elected, we were so happy to see a Baby Boomer elected as president. Baby Boomers are Senior Citizens now, and I know that it is time to let go of the old ways and bring in the younger, more aggressive Democrats to put a fire under their asses. Ugh, so hard to watch my party lose. When I hear people say Dems need to get back to supporting the working class, I ask when did they ever stop supporting the working class? I listen everyday. I’m happy to hear you are speaking up about this. I’m not saying let all the old guard go, just let the younger guard speak out and lead more. This kiss up to republicans never, ever works. Republicans have always worked so hard to ruin the reputations of Democrats with their fake investigations and supposed Family Values of lies, while behind the scenes ripping off the American people. Why is this not made clearer in the press and other media outlets? It’s such a simple message to explain to the people.

I think we are entering a scary time in our country's history. We tried to warn people but it fell on deaf ears ... 10 million people who voted in 2020 stayed home this round. Why? is anyone's guess. My theory is that people have it too good, they get complacent, they might be somewhat interested or they might share or complain, but for the most part they are non-confrontational, disinterested, or indifferent thinking that they are insulated, and then they realize ... deporting mean they are going too. Overturning the Affordable Care act means they no longer can enjoy some of the benefits, like a cap on administrative fees for the insurance companies, or your child staying on your policy til they turn 26 (you know all of those bros who love Trump and live their parent's basement), or even pre-existing conditions, or having caps on coverage while you are going through cancer treatments, all of that. Or Social Security and Medicare that you paid for being yanked from under you. But, those trans kids no longer can use the bathroom of their choice and you can say Merry Christmas again. No, I think that people will have to suffer in order for them to rise up again and that hurts us all! it is pathetic, it makes me angry, it makes angrier because it isn't as though people were not warned, people chose not to care and decided to the go the route of apathy!! But, there are some shining stars, one the judge in the Hush Money case isn't backing down, and two David Hogg is running to be Vice Chair of the Democratic National Committee. As to the exec shooter I can only see this dying down just like school shootings do because something always super cedes it in the media. Funny how this issue isn't brought to fore every election. Maybe the general passivity of "the people" to make their desires heard for affordable health care by scattering their attention to every other tragedy and sitting on their asses waiting for a shooting to turn the tide isn't the best approach but the plight of Palestinians brings college kids into the streets and keeps them from voting for something beyond what they feel in the moment. Is this a fucking JOKE? The email was just so ridiculous and just stood out as further proof of the disconnection here. I've spent years here in FL calling all of them and you get the intern on the phone and nothing ever changes here. I also told the ED of Collier Dems that our state's dem party just sat there whilst DeSatan changed laws and gerymandered districts and basically took over.
