SMH about the double and triple Trumpers. Adam and others are very late to wake up from the cult madness, but better late than never. I agree with Will here about the "quiet quitting." Many, many more of those quitting the cult need to be loud about the quitting and why. It's the economy for the vast majority, which makes sense, but the misuse of the military, National Guard, CBP and ICE by this regime should be a close second.

Glad to see people waking up but the consequences of the horrible damage already done will take years and years to recover from. These same people forgot what a mess this monster made the first time around and how he and his family and his cronies including members of the Supreme Court got even richer by cheating and stealing and breaking laws that were put in place to prevent the GRIFT! The GOP has become the Chronic Disease our Democracy and founding fathers were trying to protect us from. They should all be held accountable. We are a country of people that continues to make the same mistakes over and over. This country needs a history lesson

very big deal Mike, this guy breaking with a personality cult figure so publicly. most of the cult experts I've read/heard (you've had Steven Hassan on before) say leaving MAGA will more likely be a "quiet quitting." in other words, folks are generally too consumed by shame to declare the stuff Adam in Michigan said in his call and admit they were wrong. what a brave soul. well done, Adam. and yes, some of the reasoning is flawed, profoundly so, but it shouldn't matter what twisty roads he took to get to this destination. thanks for sharing this with us Mike.
