Apparently it's wrong for "church-sponsored" LGBTQ events to promote "drag shows" with children present -- events that have become targets of extremists.

The time has come to stop coddling extremists and to go on the offense with these intolerant a**holes. Let's start with what I term the "Karen" offense: Once your public notice of an event hits Faux news radar, report a domestic terrorist threat once you learn who has been informed and the suspicious crazies start to emerge. Their mere presence is interrupting your ability to earn a living or gathering of like minded neighbors willing to be entertained. Second, contact a friend of a friend with local police ties. Undercover volunteers works best because off duty doesn't necessarily involve the city unless the badge becomes a necessity. Freedom of wereassociation is being hindered by those of the intolerant ilk...I grew up with the Bible and the wholesale ignoring of the new testament while preaching be Christlike would be funny if the cultists involved weren't so bloody intolerant...
Freedom of religion also means freedom from religion. Believe or not as you see fit. The nationalists seem to want to force religion onto everyone whether they like it or not. Look at Freedom From Religion for some of their efforts. At this point in time I’m afraid of religious people because they aren’t. Love thy neighbor. Treat others as you would want them to treat you. Jesus is said to love even the least of these. Boy, bet this Jesus is not happy with what is being said in his name. I wouldn’t want to be one of these haters when the end comes. It is frightening how Fox News whips up the hatred of their audience for all things LGBT. A Pride event should be a source of celebration; Fox turns it into a sordid event of child abuse. The Nazis did the same thing regarding Jews in the early 1930's, and we all know how that turned out.
This discrimination against LGBTQ communities makes me think of Ron Reagan Jr's Freedom from Religion Foundation. The founders were correct in their concept of separation of church and state. The imposition of the Old Testament and apocalyptic book of Revelation on LGBTQ and others has caused so many problems in this world. We need more inclusive and diverse churches.
