( I did this at local petco too) Find it is a white man. I ask- how long have you been working here? Find out the female has been employed longer. I ask female does she want a manager position? Does she resent the white guy got promoted with less experience? Why aren’t you a member of your local retail worker union? I give her the union info and show her my google review entry naming her as a great employee over the white guy.
Use your consumer power to help workers directly. Give google reviews. Get names of employees to praise EVERY DAY U SHOP!
