Parroting the TN House Speaker, Kevin from Kentucky called my show making the idiotic claim. I had to school him big time. He scampered away, demurely thanking me.
I guess if you think that demonstrating FOR gun control is an "insurrection", well OK, dude! Just concerned citizens marching for gun control and MAGAs want to label them "insurrectionists"? PLEEZE. Thanks for schooling Kevin "Fox-is-my-channel", Michael!
So sorry, Donnab. Come to the free state of Washington! Our guv was on MSNBC Monday extolling our virtues - the right to an aborton up to 24 weeks; 3 years' stockpile of mifepristone; just passed a ban on assault weapons; moving rapidly on green commitments; Democratic legislature.
Ah, yes. I have a partner who lives in a house that has too much yard and too much sq feet, and he is reluctant to move....just because it's familiar, I guess. Men get so stuck!
We have been quite grounded in Tennessee, too. Lots of family, just built a pool, and my husband’s law practice is well established here. Moving just isn’t an option for a lot of us. Besides, when I moved to TN, we had a Democratic governor and two blue senators.
I would enjoy asking him
So you support removing the members of Congress that supported the insurrection?
Let’s remove all members of Congress and the senate that supported January 6
A great point!
They should, at the very least, be under criminal investigation for their alleged participation in tours and such.
There were good people on both sides. On both sides!
What a fucking tool.

I live among plenty of these idiots.
Ditto!

Lorie....wish I could leave but I can't get my husband of 51 years to budge!

It's not always easy or possible to pick up and leave.
You're so right!!
After watching the Patel video from today, there is no way I’m staying here. It’s another Twitter.
