Man claims rejecting COVID vax is same as abortion rights
John from New York idiotically claimed "my body, my choice" applies to employer vaccine mandates just as it applies to abortion rights. We've heard this absurd one over and over.
As I was discussing on my SiriusXM program the Arizona Supreme Court ruling taking women in the state back to 1874, John from New York called in to use the opportunity to push vaccine denialism. Not a shocker.

He claimed he supported abortion rights but that “Joseph Biden” forced him to be vaccinated, not allowing him “choice” over his body, so he’s a hypocrite.
We’ve heard the argument before, a warped distortion of “my body, my choice.”
I had to explain to him that someone with COVID is affecting lots of other bodies—which has led to the deaths of others—as COVID is a dangerous, easily transmitted virus. And I also explained that no one actually forced him or anyone to get the vaccine.
No one was arrested for refusing to be vaccinated—as health care providers face legal penalties, including prison, for abortion—and anyone could choose of their own free will not to be vaccinated. But a workplace has a right to say you can’t work here.
It did not go well for him.

Terrible to compare a pandemic to a woman's right to control her own body. It's just a Trumpanzee showing his ignorance.
