So, I actually just finished listening to your show from today. I heard the guy live yesterday. The fact that he said 1/6 was a horrible thing, but then just brushes it off like nothing more should be done, shows his callus attitude towards our CONSTITUTION. He called himself a Conservative Constitutionalist. WTF!
How the hell is speaking about wanting justice for 1/6 and accountability for those involved, causing/spreading hate and demonizing those that were involved? They should all be either in jail or out of government never, ever to be able to run for anything again. The wheels of justice move way to slow.
Also, your 3 hr. show discusses many topics other than 1/6, however, if there is new news about it, like the text messages, you are going to talk about it. As it should be.
I would have loved to hear the plans/platform he thinks Republicans have. The border is rather redundant since Biden already worked a deal with the Mexican government. I wish you would talk more about that.

Evan was not as far out there as many other right wing hypocrites. However, he certainly had his talking points at the ready, jumping to the border and Hunter Biden as soon as the discussion about January 6th was not going his way. Michelangelo, you summed it up great that if everyone could all agree on the facts of January 6th then we would have come a long way to holding people accountable. It's still party over country for the MAGAs. Those in power are comfortable with the knowledge that their base won't hold them accountable because they prefer the culture wars and conspiracies and a swampy government that only works for them and nobody else.
Maybe the “intellectually honest” ones will move on from “marshall Dillon law” to “marital law” to “Geritol law” before hitting on “martial law”. I loved the podcast. I enjoyed the dialogue/ conversation with Evan. Evans responses underscore the power of misinformation. I was fascinated by Evans non stop minimizing & deflection. The mantra of the far right & many conservatives is to deny, distort, deflect & dehumanize. When a point is made and the focus is laser sharp the strategy they’ve learned on whatever topic is to what about this & what about that in an attempt to pivot. This is why I have with 1 exception no Republican friends and I’m fine with that. I am interested in living in a world where facts, words and context matter. Great podcast. Great job in piercing the wall of denial that is the core of the “ constitutionalist conservative “ bane for being.
