Funny how the supposed relief to be had for Americans from the expulsion of our immigrant neighbors has ended up in the pockets of rich folks and corporations, rather than feeding, housing, or providing for those citizens in need. Almost as though the premise was a lie from the start.

Not really my purview, but I was raised (until 18) in the Presbyterian religion, which basically told me that I was "forgiven" so be a kind and a good person. I think it's rich that Vance dares to question a kind and embracing Pope. As my father (an engineer and an atheist) put it to me when I came out to him "Life is too short for you to worry about what I or anyone else, for that matter, thinks about what you do with it. Enjoy your life because it will be over before you know it." He was my hero as a child and lived to 89.

Vance is operating just like that Russian Dugan as an advisor to Putin.. Wrap the ideology up with a religious twist and it’s all OK.. Something ain’t right in Vance’s head.. he seems to be overcompensating for his lack of knowledge, his religious decisions, his loyalty to Donald and his sheer abandonment of his core principles… not ready for prime time, not ready for MAGAs and just a terrible human.

I feel like JD's main assignment is to infuriate people with his calmy presented, faux intellectual, outrageous lies
